• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact GR99 Support immediately.
• GR99 will not be held responsible for account access by third parties.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

GR99 conducts KYC verification to ensure security and prevent fraud. You may be required to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or other valid identification before withdrawals are processed or for large deposits.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on GR99 are fully secure and fast. Local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported for the convenience of Bangladeshi players.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using a third-party payment account may be voided.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5. Gaming & Betting Policy

All games and betting activities on GR99 operate on principles of fairness and transparency. Internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used across all games.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or event.
• GR99 reserves the right to decline bets if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Rewards granted due to technical errors may be voided.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• If an account is suspected of involvement in match fixing or any form of fraud, it may be subject to investigation.

If a technical error causes an abnormal outcome in any game, GR99 reserves the right to void that game round and refund the wagered amount.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.

7. Account Suspension & Closure
